Gaming Tip: Palms Off

You! Get your greasy palms off that mouse. Greasy or not greasy, mouse movement in FPS is determined by your wrist. Having your palm resting on the mouse maybe good for making powerpoint presentations, but not when your are locked in close-quarter combat with a German. It will limit wrist motion. Having the palm on the mouse is the default position for many people, so force it up.

I filled up my car for $1.97/gal recently, thanks to lower demand and higher supply. Funny how the laws of economics work. Of course, any politician who want to take credit for lower gas prices might as well take credit for the recession too.

The ability of our politicians to lack long-term vision does have its benefits.

Quick CSS Tip: overflow:hidden explained

Browsers, by default, when calculating height omit floated elements. Adding overflow:hidden to its parent element will add floated elements to the calculation. Why it does that, who knows? But it works on all browsers.
