Thank you federal government.

I haven’t commented much on the effects of the government’s Cash 4 Clunker program. I didn’t have to, because September sales are expected to tank. Combine with dealers still waiting to be reimbursed for Cash 4 Clunkers, it’s gonna be a rough autumn for dealerships.
