Playing while… drunk

Wooooo!!!! Party!!!!!

One of the criteria of writing this series is that I have to be in the above state while writing this. Simply put, my reaction time is gone. My judgment is gone. My ability to focus on self-preservation, gone. I can’t even find the right buttons to press. And yet, I played COD4… okay. I was actually teasing all the sober people with lousier records than me. So despite the fact I’ve been drunk texting strangers, my physical capabilities are not hindered while my mental ones are. I still wouldn’t recommend playing while drunk.

My next topic will be a bit tough, play while high.

    I’ve played when drunk and appears to have the adverse effect with me… My aim is more steady and my reactions are smoother. Really works for me with Counterstrike and especially UT2004.

    I don’t know if its just me or if its the others who got worse (who are also drunk). This has happened only at LAN’s not online. I fail online anyway P:

    I suppose it has to with your mental state. I planned this segment knowing I will be drunk. Being familiar with the effects of intoxication, I adjusted my playing style accordingly.

    Perhaps I should be like people who get DUI’s and, instead of getting in a car, get on the computer.
